Partners

Read page 1 to each other (paragraph at a time)
Agree on 10-12 words on the page to circle no more than 12!!
Together write a sentence that summarizes the page. Write it on the back of the page.

Read page 2, circle 10-12 words, write a sentence that summarizes, AND
Write a question on "what does this article make me wonder about?"
Again both sentence and question should be on the back of page 2.

Report out; switch partners

Do the same on page 3, read aloud, circle, summary sentence, question, AND
draw a picture of what you are reading and write a sentence describing your drawing.

Read page 4, circle 10-12 key words, write a sentence summary of the page.
Together, write a few sentences about whether you agree or disagree with what the article says and why?
